Edward Dalton is a writer, mostly recently working as the staff writer for Word magazine in Vietnam, as well as freelancing with WCC, CNN and Vietnam News. But mostly, he’s just a fat bloke with a lot of opinions.
He writes quite a lot about food, although most people would agree he is the culinary equivalent of the fat sports fan screaming advice at the most professional athletes in the world.
He likes talking about history and philosophy, although his history degree carries all the academic weight of a child’s fridge drawing; so don’t expect much.
Main hobbies include sarcasm, nodding awkwardly at sommeliers, planning travel itineraries and annually re-watching Lord of the Rings.
